Submission of Final Version of the Accepted Posters and Demos
Note: Poster/Demo presenters need at least a one-day full registration for the day they are presenting.
Exception: If all authors are students, a student registration is sufficient.
Due date for the final version: June 4th, 2007 at 11:59pm PDT.
Authors must register before uploading the paper.
Early registration deadline: May 25th, 2007.
1. Register for the conference: Use the following link for registration:

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your poster/demo abstracts.
2. Revise your poster/demo
The MAXIMUM page limit is 2 (TWO) 2-column pages in no smaller than 11 pt Times Roman font, formatted in IEEE conference style.
Poster
abstract title should start with “Poster Abstract:” and demo abstract title
should start with “Demo Abstract:”.

Please read the reviews and follow the reviewers recommendations for revising
your final paper. When you are done with revising, please print out your paper
and proofread it.

Roman font, formatted in IEEE conference style. Extra pages are allowed at $100
each..

3. Audio/Visual Needs
There will be a LCD projector, overhead projector and laser pointer in each presentation room.
You will need to bring your own laptop computer to use the LCD projector.

4. Entry Into The US - VISA Assistance
Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. For many applicants, a personal appearance interview is required as a standard part of visa processing. Additionally, applicants affected by these procedures are informed of the need for additional screening at the time they submit their applications and are being advised to expect delays.
